Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using tidypropertysolutions.com (the “Site”) or engaging Tidy Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) for property maintenance services. By accessing the Site or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Client / You: Any individual or entity booking services through the Site.
Services: All maintenance, repair, refurbishment, compliance and related services offered by us.
Agreement: These Terms together with any written quotation or order confirmation.
We provide trades, labour and materials for property maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, compliance checks and emergency call-outs as detailed on our Site.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Quotations exclude any unforeseen works discovered once work has commenced; we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
ABooking is confirmed once you have accepted our quotation and paid any deposit we require (typically 25% of the total).
The balance is due immediately upon completion of the Services.
We accept BACS, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed in writing.
By You: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start time. After that, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount may apply.
By Us: We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies, illness or supply-chain delays. We will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.
You must provide safe access to the property, including any keys, codes or parking required.
You must disclose any known hazards (e.g. asbestos, dangerous wiring, structural issues) before work begins.
You agree to maintain adequate insurance for your property and liability risks.
We warrant that Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
Report any defects within 7 days of completion; we will rectify confirmed workmanship defects free of charge.
This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or works performed by others.
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you is limited to the total fees paid for the affected Services.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of rent, business interruption).
All materials, designs, images, text and trademarks on the Site are our property or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Each party shall keep confidential any business or technical information disclosed in connection with the Services, except where required by law.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link].
By engaging us, you consent to our collection, use and storage of your personal information to provide Services.
We may, at our discretion, subcontract any part of the Services. We remain responsible for the quality and performance of any subcontracted work.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, supply shortages). We will make reasonable efforts to resume performance promptly.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on the Site; continued use of our Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
